To implement our Software Factory requirement maintenance and development we use Agile methodologies (SCRUM) that allow our clients to work their necessity in components called work orders. Each work order comes with an estimation, work plan and due date.
The work orders are handled at the beginning by a link group (business analyst, solutions architect, PMO, Project Manager) responsible of knowing the client´s necessity, plan and estimate the products to be deliver to the client and obtain the downstream to start with the schedule work; so it can be deliver to the development team.
The link team oversees to ensure all the standards required, monitor the development and points of control of the factory.
The quality control process intervenes from start to finish to guarantee that all the work order deliveries go with an optimal quality.
