  • 3+ years of experience in L2 support, incident, problem and knowledge management
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or similar.
  • Can-do attitude, open to identifying, picking up ownership and developing skills in areas outside of immediate scope
  • Experience working in a follow-the-sun or multiple geos support model.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps concepts and practices
  • Familiarity with product qualification/validation through some sort of testing.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • IBM BigFix knowledge and Fixlet development skills.
  • Industrial Control Systems/SCADA application support experience
  • McAfee Product Suite and ePO management knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Windows Server and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
