  • Sales Cloud.
  • Declarative Automation: Process Builder, Flow, Workflow.
  • Migration tools: Data Loader and ANT Migration tool.
  • Sharing/ Permissions: sharing rules, role hierarchy, profiles, permissions sets, public groups.
  • Apex and Visualforce a plus but not required.
  • 1-3 years of salesforce experience preferred. Other CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience providing end user support and training.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Functions:

  • Leas the implementation of Salesforce at newly acquired businesses respecting Valsoft's configuration standards.
  • Gather requirements and implement customizations per the business needs.
  • Clen and migrate data from a variety of source systems to Salesforce using Excel, SQL, and Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Provide end user support through a ticketing system, meeting internal SLAs.
  • Provide end user training on core Sales Cloud functionality.
  • Manage user access and permissions.
  • Evaluate, design, configure and test custom and third-party integration to Salesforce.
  • Develop new reports and dashboards and normalize data across multiple organizations.
  • Work with business stakeholders to continuously improve existing implementations.
