  • +5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations and status reporting.
  • Cloud identity management and SSO experience with Okta and/or AzureAD a must.
  • Experience or technical training in Information Technology.
  • Experience with SaaS application administration.
  • Experience with shell scripting languages.
  • Experience with using and administering Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • General understanding of modern client and server operating systems: Linux & OSX.
  • Knowledge and experience using VMware WorkspaceOne UEM a plus.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Certs, Scripting, SAML, OpenID, etc.

Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with other individuals to ensure proper integration of the new technology solution with the existing technology solutions.
  • Perform general administrative operations in Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and OpsGenie.
  • Provides support toward resolution of escalated support tickets and performs needed analysis to identify root cause of reported incidents.
  • Serves as a "point of contact" for role related issues such as identity and access management.
  • Works within the Jira Service Desk platform for day-to-day ticketing responsibilities.
  • Work using an Agile framework to accomplish assigned tasks.
