Lead Backend Engineer

A Lead Backend Engineer responsible for design the web services and APIs used by frontend developers and mobile application developers. Also, develop for server-side web application logic as well as the integration of the front-end part. Its important for a Backend Developer Group Lead to have communication skills and ability to manage a group of developers with a result-oriented mind set.


  • At least 5 years .Net Core.
  • At least 2 years of team lead or developer mentoring ship experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience with SaaS products (multi-tenant) built with microservices.
  • SQL Server Knowledge.
  • Understanding of the SOLID principles and Domain Driven Design.
  • Entity Framework with code first.
  • Experience with dependency injection framework.
  • Ability to design, develop, and support software components with high complexity.
  • Experience with Agile Development.

Job Functions:

  • Design and implementation of the server (backend) portion of any software we are developing.
  • Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in thew future.
  • Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes.
  • Support and guide the backend Team.
  • This may include answering questions, fixing problems with the Backend, and staying in open communication with every part.
  • Manage the timeline of the project with specific milestones are being met.
  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Manage .Net Core to improve applications.
