Details of the selected job

A Senior Support Engineer manages schedules and workloads on a day-to-day basis and manages escalation queues. They also identify and track issues and determine severity levels and interact with employees over the phone, or via video conferencing to resolve reported issues. This position documents, tracks, and monitors the issue to ensure a timely the resolution, and handle environments and customizations for different applications.


  • Experience in Meet, Slack, Zoom, and/or WebEx administration.
  • Experience with SaaS Software administration on the setups for applications like: SendGrid, Heroku, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, TestRails, Box, Adobe, and/or JetBrains
  • Expertise with Google Workspace
  • More than 5 years of experience in Support Roles for systems and applications
  • Work experience providing VPN support and configuration
  • Work experience with Jira/Confluence (Atlassian Cloud) on current projects and configuration
  • Work experience with mac OSX.
  • Work experience with Okta structure.

Job Functions:

  • Administrate and support different control applications.
  • Assist tickets and track issues until completion.
  • Be the first point of contact for users, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure all services and databases are available in non- production environments, troubleshoot server issues.
  • Set up accounts and workstations.
