Novacomp, a 100% Costa Rican IT Outsourcing & Nearshoring company, announced this week that it will plans to hire 110 new employees and reinforce its operations.
In recent years, Novacomp has experienced exponential growth, consolidating itself as a company that offers innovative solutions to IT challenges, through current technologies, committing itself to its clients on their routes to Digital Transformation. That is why, despite the global health and economic crisis experienced by Covid-19, at Novacomp, we continue to grow at a local and international level - expanding to the North American market, projecting more vacant positions for 2020.

Furthermore, due to a high demand from clients, mainly in from the Financial Services sector, Novacomp is also searching for Agile certified professionals, such as Scrum Masters and Product Owners, to work on process improvement. Finally, the company is also looking to expand its Quality Assurance department (Manual / Functional Testing and Automation Testing).
Many of these positions do not require second language skills. However, some positions do require an advanced level of English to serve clients in the U.S. market.
