Novacomp continues its growth and regional expansion in 2021. Thanks to this positive trend, next May it will start hiring 125 people in Latin America and the United States to fill vacancies in information technology to meet the demand for new projects in Costa Rica and EE.UU.
Due to the high demand, especially from clients in the banking sector, certified professionals in agile methodologies, Scrum Master, and Product Owners are required for process improvement projects.
“2020 was an atypical year for all companies: the pandemic accelerated the digital transformation processes. Therefore, information technology companies had a rebound in their projects and clients. Now in 2021, still amid a somewhat uncertain future and with the pressure of more competition in the technology sector, companies seek to adapt to new market demands through a better customer experience, creating personalized services for the sector. public and private and offering tailored solutions regardless of the size of the organization” , explained Harold Alfaro, Executive Director of Novacomp.
Novacomp currently has a workforce of 425 employees of 11 nationalities, although 90% of the collaborators are in Costa Rica.
The payroll also ensures equity and diversity, by having a staff of all generations, as well as an increase in the hiring of female personnel in recent years, thus supporting the reduction of the gender gap in the STEM world (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths).
