We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in selling outsourcing services for software engineers based in Latin America (LATAM) to clients in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our software outsourcing solutions. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of both the LATAM and US markets, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the United States seeking software engineering outsourcing solutions from LATAM.
  • Develop a targeted approach to engage with companies across various industries to understand their software development needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach to generate leads, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and strategic partnerships.
  • Implement effective prospecting strategies to establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling and customized proposals that address the specific needs and challenges of US-based clients.
  • Present solutions that highlight the benefits of outsourcing software engineering to LATAM.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • More than 5 Years of Experience of proven experience in business development, specifically in selling software engineering outsourcing and/or nearshoring services.
  • Strong understanding of the software development industry and outsourcing dynamics is highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desired..
