  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Design circuit cards using FPGA, processor, and DDR memory components, as well as industry interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, USB, LVDS, and SERDES bus technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and independently on assigned tasks.
  • Utilize schematic capture tools for creating circuit card designs, such as Siemens Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and/or Xpedition, Altium, Cadence Allegro, EAGLE, KiCAD, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile for Hardware Development, including planning, tracking, and managing hardware development projects in JIRA.
  • Compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DO-254 and DO-178C is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends in high-speed digital design (up to 40GHz), as well as microprocessor, memory, FPGA, and interface protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Disposition commute to Cedar Rapids, IA (Complete Onsite).
