Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a key role that supports our growing organization. This position focuses on fostering employee engagement, managing HR initiatives across multiple regions, and providing guidance to ensure a thriving and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in employee engagement, regional HR operations, and a proven ability to handle workplace challenges with professionalism and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention, with particular focus on regional teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing workplace concerns and managing conflict resolution effectively.
- Oversee the organization of events and initiatives aimed at building a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with managers across regions to support performance management, career development, and alignment with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement and regional HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees across different regions.
- Proven experience in managing HR initiatives, resolving workplace conflicts, and executing cultural engagement strategiesProactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
