As a Netsuite Consultant – Financial Services at Plative, you will be advising and implementing Netsuite solutions to our portfolio of financial services clients. Candidates for this role should possess a knowledge of Netsiuite the capabilities in the capital markets and asset management space and high-level knowledge of common industry-specific integrations. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executive stakeholders, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions that address the client’s requirements. Plative is a fast-paced, agile environment, so you will be involved from project inception to completion and be the facilitator of change for our clients.

• 6+ years of ERP, SAAS iConsulting/mplementation experience
• 5+ years of Netsuite implementation and consulting experience.
• MUST HAVE SaaS and Professional Services implementation experience
• Experience implementing ARM and revenue management for SaaS companies
• MUST HAVA experience implementing NetSuite modules, specifically within the General Business/ Manufacturing/Wholesale Distribution, Finance,
• Knowledge of 1-2 advanced NetSuite modules – specifically Suite Projects/ Revenue Recognition/ Job Costing/ Inter-company
• Experience implementing NetSuite for global organizations
• Experience working with client stakeholders and executives at mid-market and enterprise-level organizations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience designing and architecting business process flow charts

• Manage and deliver basic to complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management.
• Lead and facilitate client discovery meetings, identifying opportunities outside the minimum scope and platform focus, and tracking findings on the project backlog.
• Delegate tasks to analysts, collaborating and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and communicate project limitations, shortcomings, and issues early on, working closely with senior consultants and architects to address and mitigate risks.
• Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design recommendations to clients.
• Raise design risks, constraints, and critical dependencies to senior consultants and architects, working together to address and mitigate issues with clients.
• Communicate project delivery risks (budget, schedule, scope, other) to project managers and lead consultants, working together to address and mitigate issues with clients.
• Guide testing approaches for both internal QA and client UAT.
• Handle all core configuration tasks, including complex business logic.
• Provide expert advice on leading practices and make configuration and design recommendations to clients.
• Serve as an expert business process owner for core processes.
