  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in related roles managing ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and experience delivering end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow, which includes architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, organizing and prioritizing development efforts, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating efforts of administrators.
  • Experience developing different reports like bar charts, pie charts, list reports, and scheduling reports.
  • Experience creating catalog items and creating record producers in the service catalog (Admin Module).
  • Expertise in CMDB bulk data, load data reconciliation with the help of transform map, and transform script.
  • Experience in complex transform scripts for transforming the data into relational databases.
  • Expertise in creating Scripts (Preferred in JavaScript) for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Extensive experience in the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Security Incident Operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in B2 English or above.

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow Admin Certification.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
  • More than 1 year working on Agile Teams.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Service portal pages in ServiceNow.
  • Configure LDAP Server, for pulling user and group data from Active Directory
